Your Baby And Their Diet Pattern

How are you feeling post getting treated for IVF? I know all the complications and struggles you had to go with, but now don’t be stressed, now that the little one is with you, be happy and enjoy your time with him/her.
I know going through infertility is not easy (many of my near and dear ones have gone through it). But, you came across all the struggles, happily did all the tests and everything. But now, there is a new struggle which awaits you, yes you got it right. You have to start feeding your tiny tot but are scared of doing the same. Don’t worry; keep reading till the end to know how you can feed your little one properly.
A large number of us get stressed over the sustaining of our infants. We will, in general, give them bottles supposing them to be hungry, yet little do we understand the eventual outcomes caused by container feed. Let us not ignore the risks of overloading infant, which won't simply turn out to be risky for them when they are babies, yet keep hampering them over the long run also.
Indications of overfeeding
*Trouble sleeping
*Short tempered baby
*Gas and acid reflux gets all the more aggravated I the little one
*More weight gain, than desired
* Many wet nappies
Symptoms
Symptoms connected with overfeeding are many times mistaken for colic, milk allergy, or lactose intolerance.
Why does baby overeat?
The baby overeats due to many reasons:
*Lack of sleep disturbs the hormonal balance which is responsible for hunger pangs, which result in increased appetite.
*Newborn has limited potential for knowing when to stop when their tiny tummy is full or over full.
*Our brain takes time to know when to stop. Speed feeding boosts the chance of baby will take in more milk than their capacity to digest.
Conclusion
So it is up to you, as parents to know the signs of baby's needs and hunger patterns. Don’t give when there is no need to. Don’t force your baby to have more than enough.
